TASKS-EXT - Google Tasks Integration Privacy Notice

Application and purpose. TASKS-EXT is a private, single-owner task synchronization application operated by Wilson Technologies, connecting Google Tasks with RanchDB (an internal Directus/PostgreSQL task management system).

Google data accessed. With the owner's permission, TASKS-EXT accesses Google Tasks list identifiers and information in the designated RanchTasks P0, P1 and P2 lists, including task identifiers, titles, notes, due dates and completion status. It uses Google Tasks permission to read, create and update linked tasks and their completion state.

Use of information. Task information is used to synchronize records, manage priority-list placement, prevent duplicates and maintain synchronization checkpoints. RanchDB remains the authoritative task register.

Storage and security. RanchDB stores task records and project associations. Google OAuth credentials, task mappings and synchronization audit information are stored on privately managed infrastructure with restricted access. Task contents are not published on this website.

Sharing. TASKS-EXT does not sell Google Tasks information, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising or unrelated marketing. The application exchanges task data with Google Tasks as needed to provide its synchronization function.

Retention and control. The owner controls task retention and deletion. Task and synchronization history is retained for task management and operational purposes until removed by the owner. Google authorization can be revoked in Google Account security settings; revocation stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete existing RanchDB data.
